AMP BJJ Training Policies: Respect & Cleanliness on the Mats
Bow In & Out
Show respect when stepping onto and off the mats.
No Shoes on the Mats
Keep the training area clean—no footwear allowed.
Wear Footwear Off the Mats
No bare feet—especially in the bathroom.
Good Hygiene
Keep nails trimmed, shower regularly, and wear a clean uniform.
No Jewelry or Makeup
Minimize risks and distractions while training.

Training Gear Guidelines: What to Wear
Gi Classes
AMP BJJ Gis Only
Wear a matching AMP BJJ Gi.
Rash Guard Required
Must be worn under the Gi.
No-Gi Classes
AMP BJJ Rash Guard & Shorts Required
No outside brands.
No Spats-Only for Men
Spats must be worn under shorts.
Ladies:
Rash guard + shorts/spats combo allowed.
