We're hiring coaches who want to do this for real — mentor kids, teach jiu-jitsu the right way, and build a career on the mats. Full-time, part-time, and apprentice tracks across all four locations.

You don't have to be a black belt to start with us. We hire on character first — coachable, dependable, great with kids and parents — and we'll build the technical and curriculum skills with you. If you've got jiu-jitsu experience, even better.
Head Coach
Lead classes, mentor assistants, own the room. Purple belt or higher preferred.
Assistant Coach
Support head coaches, run drills, learn the system. Any belt level.
Apprentice
No experience required — we'll train you. Strong people skills and reliability are the bar.
