How it works

You book. We run it. You relax.

1. You book

Pick your academy and a weekend date, then pay the $150 deposit. It holds your date while we confirm it, within 12 hours. Book at least 7 days before the party.

2. Your guests RSVP

Your coach sends you a private invite page. Each guest's parent RSVPs and signs the waiver online, so there is no paperwork line at the door. Your balance is due 3 days before the party and we send you a payment link.

3. We run it

Our coaches lead two hours of games and beginner-friendly jiu-jitsu. No experience needed. Bring the cake and the birthday kid. That is the whole job.

If plans change

Cancel 14 or more days before the party for a full deposit refund.
Inside 14 days the deposit is not refunded, and you can move once to an open date within 60 days.
If we have to cancel for weather, illness, or a closure, you choose a full refund or a free move.
