Who can join the Competition Team?

Kids and adults who want to compete at tournaments. There's no minimum belt — what matters is showing up to comp team practice consistently and putting in the extra work.

How often does the team train?

On top of regular classes, comp team adds dedicated practices each week focused on live training, tournament prep, and conditioning.

What tournaments do you travel to?

Local Austin and Houston tournaments throughout the year, plus IBJJF and NAGA events around Texas. Schedules are shared at practice.
