Family Jiu-Jitsu in Cedar Park, TX
Family Class on Whitestone Boulevard — parents and kids on the same mat, the same class, the same time. One drop-off in Cedar Park.
AMP BJJ Cedar Park runs Family Class as a regular part of the weekly schedule on Whitestone Blvd — parents and kids training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu side by side. It's the only class structured around partners of different ages, with coaches setting up drills so families can work together where it makes sense and split when it doesn't.
For Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill families, this is the schedule unlock. One drive, one drop-off, one activity the whole family actually does together — not just drives to. Family Unlimited at $99/week covers everyone in the household, so a family of four pays the same as a family of two. Most Cedar Park families start with one kid, then a sibling joins, then a parent steps on the mat, and a few months later it's the main thing they all do together.

Family Jiu-Jitsu in Cedar Park — common questions.
When does Family Class meet at Cedar Park?
Family Class runs multiple times per week at AMP BJJ Cedar Park — typically weekday evenings and a weekend slot. Check the current Whitestone Blvd schedule for the exact times.
What if my kid is in Youth BJJ during the week — can the family still do Family Class together?
Yes, that's the most common setup at Cedar Park. Your kid trains Youth BJJ on weekdays for skill development, then the whole family comes together for Family Class on the days designed for that. Same mat, same coaches, just a different drill setup.
Does Family Unlimited at Cedar Park really cover the whole household?
Yes — $99/week, unlimited classes, every person in the household. Parents, kids, teens. No per-person upcharges, no contracts. The math gets very good very fast when more than one person trains.
Do parents really train alongside their own kids?
Yes — that's the whole point. In our Family Class in Cedar Park, we set up drills so parents and kids work the same techniques together, sometimes as partners and sometimes split by skill level. It's the rare activity where you're not just driving them — you're doing it with them.
What if my kid won't listen to me on the mat?
Welcome to family life. The coaches in Cedar Park take over the actual coaching — you're a training partner, not the boss. Most parents say the first month feels weird and by month two the family dynamic has shifted in ways they didn't expect.
Does $99/week really cover the whole family?
Yes. Family Unlimited at AMP BJJ Cedar Park is one flat weekly rate for unlimited classes for everyone in the household — partner, kids, teens. No per-person upcharges, no contracts. The math gets very good very fast if more than one person trains.
