Yes — Cedar Park is a full family training center. Preschool BJJ feeds into Youth BJJ (ages 6–13), then Teens & Adults (14+), all on the same Whitestone Blvd mat with the same head coaches. Many of our Cedar Park kids have trained on this mat since they were 3.
What does a preschool BJJ class actually look like?
At AMP BJJ in Cedar Park, our preschool classes run 30 minutes and look more like coached play than traditional martial arts.
